PAINTING and YOGA 6.-7.7.26

A two-day painting course on 6.-7.7.2026 combining painting and yoga. You can attend one or both days.

Riikka Lenkkeri teaches painting - whether you are starting your first work or finishing a project already underway. The instruction covers palette basics, the role of light and shadow, and choices related to painting style, explained in an accessible way for beginners and experienced painters alike.

During the course days, Susanna Linder (MA, special education teacher, yoga instructor and relaxation instructor student) leads morning yoga, yoga sessions throughout the day, and gentle evening yoga. No previous yoga experience is needed, and you can join the sessions according to your own needs.
