KOM Theatre's autumn premiere is a direct report on why Western countries look away when they should intervene. The production, infused with dark humour, examines world politics through factual farce and satire.

Director Susanna Kuparinen is an award-winning screenwriter, journalist, and documentary theatre maker whose previous works - including the Fullmäktige and Parliament trilogies - have sparked discussion among both decision-makers and audiences. Now, together with journalist Maria Pettersson and the KOM Theatre ensemble, she brings to the stage a work in which a collapsing world order and Finnish politicians invade the director's living room via news broadcasts.

Akse Pettersson is responsible for set design and performance dramaturgy, and Kerkko Koskinen composes the music. The cast includes Geoffrey Eris, Tommi Eronen, Tuuli Paju, and Hanna Raiskinmäki.
