Wild Women of the Jungle

Kristian Smedsin's new "original series" takes audiences into the jungle of the entertainment industry. Expect reality-TV theatre and anarchist comedy on the Main Stage.

Six Finnish women have been selected as stars of a new reality-TV production. The audience gets to follow the participants' lives in the role of studio audience, between filming and competition tasks - and what happens in the jungle doesn't stay in the jungle.

The trip to Malaysia has been cancelled due to poor economic prospects. The jungle has been built in Kerava in an empty industrial hall, assembled from Planet Fun Fun's leftover property and other film industry scrap from auctions and bankruptcies. From Lapland, the famous pool from Spede's summer cottage has been acquired as a swimming pool.

Behind the scenes - and of course also in front of the camera - a producer mogul (Hannu-Pekka Björkman) and his Jack Sparrow-like assistant (Petri Manninen) work to get the masses interested in the new hit format.
