The Dance Power Festival runs from 12-22 August 2026 across two venues: Suomenlinna and Hietsun Paviljonki. The programme features dance, performance art, visual art, dance films and talks.

At Suomenlinna, Willman Dance Company presents the work Usko-Faith. The premiere is on 12.8 at 18.00, with additional performances on 13., 14. and 21.8 at 18.00, and on 15. and 22.8 at 15.00 and 18.00.

The programme at Hietsun Paviljonki begins on Monday 17.8: Off/Balance presents the work Them Two at 17.30, at 18.00 a discussion "Paths Forward - Possibilities in the Free Dance Field" takes place, and at 20.00 Jonna Eiskonen + Ilmari Heikinheimo: Metal Pulsance and Sivuun Ensemble: Kylmäketju dance film are shown. On Tuesday 18.8 at 18.00 the programme features Metal Pulsance, Willman Dance Company's Words with Isadora and Kylmäketju. On Wednesday 19.8 at 18.00 Off/Balance: Them Two, Hozan Omar: Layers, Off/Balance: Hutiklubi and Kylmäketju take the stage. On Thursday 20.8 at 18.00 Glims&Gloms: Pennitön uneksija and Words with Isadora are presented, and at 20.30 the Night of the Arts dance film programme features Equals, The Yellow Wallpaper, Framed and Kylmäketju.

At Hietsun Paviljonki, artist Noora Geagean's video and photography exhibition "wannabes mirror" is on display 16-20.8 from 11.00-18.00. Tickets cost 15-50 € and are available through Biletis.
