A musical drama written by Sami Keski-Vähälä and directed by Paavo Westerberg that tells how Vesa-Matti Loiri became a beloved artist across Finland. The production follows his most iconic characters - from Uncle Nasse to Turhapuro - and his music, exploring the passion and spiritual struggle behind this art, and the price it exacted in his private life.

The play is a tribute to Loiri's artistry and to the people without whom it would never have existed. At the same time, it paints a portrait of a unified cultural Finland that no longer exists.
