Accessibility
Tavastia's ground floor is accessible. There is a small threshold at the entrance with an accessible ramp, and the venue has an accessible toilet. An assistant can enter with the assisted person's regular ticket - no separate ticket is needed. An EU disability card is presented upon request. Cloakroom
Cloakroom service costs 4 € per person. Outerwear and large bags must be left in the cloakroom for security reasons. The service fee mentioned on the ticket is Ticket's service fee for ticket sales, not the cloakroom fee.

Environmental Ticket
With an environmental ticket, you participate in Tavastia and the Natural Heritage Foundation's forest collection: 3 € goes towards expanding the protected area acquired in October 2024. More information is available on the Natural Heritage Foundation's website.

Beverages
Beverages can be ordered in advance and picked up directly from the collection point until the main artist's performance begins - after that, uncollected beverages are moved to the hall bar. Beverage sales end 2 hours before doors open. Purchases are final, and beverage purchases are not refunded if you cannot attend the concert. If the concert is postponed or cancelled, Tavastia will contact customers who purchased beverages.

Before the concert, you can eat or have a drink at Restaurant Ilves.
