VanDance - Festival: In the Whisper of Wings

"In the Whisper of Wings" is a site-specific contemporary dance work where movement, space, and sound interweave with books and imagination. Flight serves as a metaphor for the journey that each story can awaken within us.

The work premiered at the Finnish Aviation Museum in spring 2026, and at Myyrmäki Library it is created anew, inspired by its new surroundings. Choreography and dance: Nina Mamia. Sound design: Kasperi Nordman.

The work is part of the VanDance festival. Entry is free and no advance registration is required.
