Partial Solar Eclipse 12.8.

A partial solar eclipse will be visible across Finland on the evening of 12.8. At Ursa Observatory on Kaivopuisto, the eclipse will be observed from its beginning until sunset - weather permitting. The event will be cancelled if it is cloudy.

The eclipse is observed through a telescope with safe filters. Appropriate eclipse glasses can also be borrowed from the tower.
