Kaskimaa is a four-piece band from Joensuu playing folksy indie pop. The songs are written and composed by Aava Kaskimaa, with lyrics exploring self-expression and the world around us. The compositions are guitar-driven and reflect the members' folk music background. The band has released several singles, with their debut album coming out in November.

Armi Harmio's music combines a vintage-inspired sound world and strong melodies within a contemporary band framework. Her songs tackle current, often unspoken themes - including neurodiversity, inequality, and death - with an energetic approach. The goal is to make even difficult subjects accessible.

Regina Launivuo is an actress and songwriter based in Joensuu. Her songs offer an honest cross-section of a woman's life, woven together by emotion: grief, shame, desire, longing, envy, love. Launivuo describes her relationship to her songs this way: "I think of each song as a monologue and love letting the story resonate; the power of words is wonderful."
