Old School - Demolition Site Art Exhibition

The Old School derelict space art exhibition, organized by Art Habitat, is on display in summer 2026 at the Lyseo annex building in Jyväskylä. The exhibition is open Wednesday-Friday 12:00-18:00 and Saturday-Sunday 12:00-17:00. Admission is 12/10 euros; children under 6 are free.

The exhibition features work by over 30 artists. In addition to indoor galleries, the inner courtyard's outer walls display work by local graffiti artists, and three separate exhibitions are shown on the Lyseo courtyard.

One of them is Henrietta Soininen's photo exhibition Vuoksi - a series combining documentary and fine art photography, documenting foreign parents who remained in Finland after divorce to share custody of their children.
