Old School - Demolition Site Art Exhibition

Art Habitat ry presents the Old School derelict space art exhibition on display in summer 2026 at the Lyseum annex building in Jyväskylä. The exhibition is open Wed-Fri 12:00-18:00 and Sat-Sun 12:00-17:00. Admission is 12/10 €, children under 6 enter free.

The exhibition features work by over 30 artists. In addition to indoor spaces, the inner courtyard's outer walls display works by local graffiti artists, and three separate exhibitions are shown in the courtyard itself.

One of them is Henrietta Soininen's photography exhibition Vuoksi - a series combining documentary and fine art photography traditions, depicting foreign parents who have remained in Finland after divorce to share custody of their children.
