Halloween Ghost Walk

Dress in your scariest ghost costume and join the Helsinki City Museum's ghost walk, where you'll hear about Helsinki's mysteries and urban legends - why they arise and why people tell ghost stories. There is no official age limit, but it is recommended that the youngest participants be over 10 years old.

The walk starts on 30.10 at 16:00 from the Helsinki City Museum (Aleksanterinkatu 16) and ends at Restaurant Kappeli, where you can stay and enjoy a drink at your own expense while reflecting on the stories you've heard. The programme features familiar stories from the city's ghost walks - from the grey lady of the city hall to the seven ghosts of the Swedish Theatre. The guide is in Finnish. Duration approximately 1 hour, ticket 13 €.

Note: The walk starts on the attic of the Sederholm House, which is reached by steep stairs - access is not universally accessible. Walks often fill up quickly, so it's worth buying a ticket in advance.
