Tahko's Strongest 2026

Are you ready to test your strength against iron, stone, and tons of heavy equipment? 🔥

As part of the Tahko Truck Festival, the Tahko's Strongest competition takes place on the forecourt of Tahko SPA. The competition is open to both men and women, but places are limited: only 10 women and 10 men can participate. Prize money in the form of gift cards worth 1 000 euros is distributed among the competitors.

🏋️‍♂️ Preliminary competition events:

1. Frame carry and bag loading - The frame is carried 10 meters, then the competitor runs back to the starting point and carries a sand bag inside the frame. For women: frame 160 kg, bag 80 kg. For men: frame 260 kg, bag 130 kg. Time limit 90 s. Fastest time wins.

2. Log + circus club - The log is lifted from the ground to straight arms, then as many repetitions as possible are performed with the circus club. For women: log 60 kg, club 37 kg. For men: log 100 kg, club 60 kg. Time limit 90 s. Most repetitions wins.

3. Natural stones - The stones are lifted onto a truck bed (bed height approx. 120 cm). The first stone is approx. 6 meters from the bed, the others are beside the bed. For women: stones 56 kg, 72 kg, 78 kg and 105 kg. For men: 105 kg, 125 kg, 142 kg and 154 kg. Use of tar prohibited, wrist wraps allowed. Time limit 90 s. Fastest time wins.

4. Throwing bags - Bags are thrown over a 4-meter bar. For women: bags 6 kg, 8 kg, 10 kg and 12 kg. For men: 16 kg, 18 kg, 20 kg and 22 kg. Time limit 90 s. Fastest time wins.

5. Truck pull with harness and rope - Truck weight: approx. 20 tons for men and approx. 12 tons for women. Pull distance: approx. 10-20 meters depending on the pull location. Time limit 90 s. Longest pull or fastest time wins.

Knee pads and similar supports are allowed, provided the competitor can put them on themselves. Rubber shirt is allowed. Use of tar is prohibited.
