The Tale of the Shining Pearl

An ancient Master Gnome has guarded the king's castle in Fairyland for centuries, holding a mysterious shining pearl as his lantern. When the king becomes angry with him, the Master Gnome takes the pearl and sets out into the world - and ends up on Moss Shore, where he meets the Moss Maiden, a former lady-in-waiting from Kopelin Mountain.

Soon it becomes clear that nothing with the witches is as it seems. The powers of Kopelin Mountain have taken the royal family of Dawn Land captive, and to save them, the gnome must dare to venture both into the mountain's dark caverns and into Ahtola's dark waters.

The performance is in Finnish, age recommendation 7+. Premiere 18.11.2026, performances 14.11.-19.12.2026 at the National Theatre, on the Main Stage. Tickets 21-52 €, family tickets 104-128 €. Duration to be announced later.
