Senior Leader Training 1 (Regional) 2027

Sley's youth ministry senior leader training is a two-part programme. The first part is regional and takes place 15.-17.1.2027 at Karku Evangelical Institute. Registration closes 11.1. The programme begins on Friday with dinner at 17-18, followed by the main programme starting around 18:00. The second, national part is held 2.-4.4.2027, and all participants who have completed the training attend.

The training includes Bible teaching as well as practical knowledge about working as a senior leader, and participants receive a certificate upon completion. The training is open to everyone who has completed confirmation instruction - Sley's own confirmation course is not a prerequisite.

Please note: not all who complete the training can be accepted to next summer's confirmation camps, as there are usually more applicants than places. Senior leaders are also not selected for confirmation camps if they have not completed Sley's own training. Senior leaders are needed not only for confirmation camps but also for youth, children's, and family camps.
