Kat Baloun is an American blues vocalist born in El Paso, Texas, and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She launched her professional career in San Francisco in the early 1990s and moved to Berlin in 1994, since then touring Europe and recording with various artists. In Finland she performs with The Frostbites, with whom she recorded a live album in 2024.
