Kaunis Kuolematon is a melodic doom/death metal band from Hamina, Finland, active since 2012 with an unchanged five-member lineup - a rarity in the genre. Singing exclusively in Finnish, the band explores grief, rage and the darker reaches of the human mind, and has released five studio albums via German label Noble Demon, the latest being "Kun Valo Minussa Kuoli" (2025). Their 2023 album "Mielenvalta" reached number 6 on the official Finnish physical album chart, cementing their place among the leading names in Finnish metal.
The band released their fifth studio album "Kun Valo Minussa Kuoli" on November 28, 2025 via Noble Demon.
The band announced the "Kun Valo Minussa Kuoli Tour 2026", a Finnish headline tour running from January to February 2026, opening at Helsinki's Tavastia with a special double-set show.
The single "Maailman ainut ihminen", featuring guest vocalist Gogo Melone of Aeonian Sorrow, was released ahead of the new album.
The band played international dates in spring 2026, including Black Easter festival in Tallinn and Ragnarök Festival in Lichtenfels, Germany.
"Mielenvalta" (2023, Noble Demon) reached number 6 on the official Finnish physical album chart and was followed by sold-out club shows.
