About

Maxx is a German eurodance project founded in Berlin in 1993 by producer Jürgen Wind and music executive David Brunner. The act broke through across Europe with its blend of ragga-style rap, female vocals and high-energy dance beats, scoring major hits with "Get-A-Way" (1993) and "No More (I Can't Stand It)" (1994). "Get-A-Way" topped charts in France, reached #4 in the UK and cracked the top 5 in Austria, Sweden and the Netherlands - selling over 1.1 million copies across Europe. After disbanding in 1995, Maxx returned to performing in 2016 and has continued touring since.
