Tapani Rinne is a Finnish clarinettist and composer, best known for his bass clarinet work and music that moves freely across genre boundaries. With Wimme Saari he forms the duo Wimme & Rinne, where traditional Sámi joik meets experimental playing and techno elements. The two have worked together for over thirty years.
