Therapy? is a rock band from Belfast, Northern Ireland, formed in 1989. They mix hard rock, punk and alternative rock, and their breakthrough album Troublegum (1994) is widely regarded as a 90s British rock landmark. The trio has released over fifteen studio albums and toured relentlessly across several decades.
