Pihlajamäki Youth Park Freestyle Park, or Savela Skate Park

A skate container run by summer-working youth is open on weekdays 2.6.-31.7. from 10:30 to 17:40 (closed Fri 12.6. Fri 19.6. and Fri 10.7.)

From the park's skate container you can rent scooters, skateboards, BMX bikes and appropriate protective gear as well as helmets. Throughout the summer there will be instruction in safe park use for beginners, various guided activities and fun skate sessions. Summer workers and youth instructors are on hand to help park users in first aid situations. It's a good idea to bring your own water bottle to the skate park and of course a cheerful attitude!

Next to the park is also Kahvila Linnunpesä café, where you can buy various summer treats for a light snack.

Park users are not insured by the City of Helsinki during the activity.
