Sanapaja Goes Pride

Sanapaja/Wordshop is a workshop series run by Nuoren Voiman Liitto, a youth literature organization, for young writers. In the workshops for ages 13-19, you can practice creative writing in any language. The workshops are held in Finnish and English, and grammar doesn't matter! The activity is free and requires no advance registration. The workshops are led by writing arts teacher Jenni Hurmerinta.

To celebrate Pride week, a rainbow-themed Sanapaja is being organized where the theme is explored through creative writing exercises. The workshop follows safe space principles, and every participant is welcome just as they are.
