A critical success from last summer returns to Vallisaari in summer 2026!

Two people. One strange room, somewhere in an unknown place. No Exit. No way out. The walls seem to be closing in - perhaps physically, perhaps only in the mind.

We are Trapped.

Trapped takes the audience back in time and deep into the minds of the main characters. Flashbacks and glimpses from the past illuminate the chain of events that led to this moment. Each scene reveals a new layer: cracks in memory, dreamlike moments and possibly truths one would rather not face.

The piece unfolds in Vallisaari's warehouse building - a place where history echoes in the walls, ghosts of the past whisper and which is surrounded by mysterious nature.

Stella Polaris performers improvise this gripping full-length piece from a starting situation determined by the audience. Music and light shape the stage into a landscape where reality and dreams blend.

Is escape possible? That remains to be seen.
