Chair Gymnastics — Stadin yhteisötalo Pihlajamäki, Helsinki

Chair gymnastics meets at Stadin Community Centre Pihlajamäki on Tuesdays from 10:00 to 10:30. The exercises strengthen, stretch and relax muscles and are performed mainly while seated to the rhythm of music. The class suits participants of all fitness levels.

Bring comfortable clothes and a water bottle. No advance registration is needed. Changes may occur.
