Memory Group

The Memory Group is a peer-support group for people with a memory disease diagnosis. At meetings, participants first exchange news, then the programme may include brain exercises, music, physical activity, games, quizzes, crafts, memory exercises, or themes related to self-awareness.

The service centre's activities are intended for pensioners and unemployed people living in Helsinki. Participation is free, unless otherwise stated. The required service centre card can be obtained free of charge from the service centre's information desk.
