Open Memory Support Group

The open memory support group is designed for people who have recently received a memory disease diagnosis or experience memory challenges and seek peer support and practical information. The group meets in the service centre's Fireplace Room, and the programme includes socialising, discussion, and varied activities to support memory.

The service centre's activities are intended for pensioners and unemployed people in Helsinki. Participation is free, unless otherwise stated. The required service centre card can be obtained free of charge from the service centre's information desk.
