Wife Hanna (Niina Lahtinen) craves playfulness and excitement in her marriage to Matti (Joonas Nordman), but Matti prefers stable adulthood above all else. When Hanna is disappointed one last time by her husband's silence and dry sarcasm, she decides to end the relationship.

Their neighbors (Emilia Sinisalo and Jarkko Pajunen) try to save the situation by sending the couple to an elite couples' training camp. There they encounter an ultramacho military instructor (Sauli Suonpää), and Matti finds himself in a predicament where the marriage needs saving but push-ups and military camps hold little appeal. Complications arise when another participant's mother (Sanna Saarijärvi) and a police officer (Helena Haaranen) get involved.

The script was written by Niina Lahtinen and Joonas Nordman, who are also known from the series Siskonpeti. Directed by Anna Dahlman.
