Pintxo Festival

The Pintxo Festival is a restaurant festival where participating restaurants showcase their gastronomic expertise over five days through small dishes - pintxos. A pintxo differs from tapas in that it is eaten in 2-3 bites individually, whereas tapas are shared among the group.

This year the event is held in Helsinki for the third time. A professional jury selects the most interesting dish by scoring taste (60), appearance (20), and innovation (20). The public can also vote for their favourite restaurant.
