Svenska Klubben's Grand Crayfish Party

Restaurant Svenska Klubben hosts its first crayfish party on 4.9.2026. The bar opens at 17.00 and the main event runs from 18.00 to 23.00. Akademiska Sångföreningen leads the traditional snaps songs.

The evening price (79 €) includes four Finnish river crayfish (+11 cm) served with toasted bread, butter and dill. Additional crayfish are available for 6.90 €/piece.

The buffet features Västerbotten cheese pie with vendace roe, chanterelle pie, Quiche Lorraine, grilled vegetables and crumbled feta, roasted meat with horseradish sauce, beetroot salad and green salad with house vinaigrette. For dessert: vanilla panna cotta with rosehip compote and apple clafoutis with crème anglaise.
