Mummorock

Mummorock is a popular and energetic form of physical activity.

All participants must register in advance at Kampin palvelukeskus guidance office between 1-11 September. Previous participants have priority; new participants can join the waiting list.

The event is intended for pensioners and unemployed people in Helsinki who have a service centre card. The free card is available from the service centre's guidance office.
