Learn Finnish Through Song - Singing Workshops for Immigrants

The singing workshops are designed for adult immigrants who want to study Finnish. In the workshops, participants sing and move together to music - while practicing Finnish pronunciation and learning new words. You can join even if you only speak a little Finnish.

The activity model was developed by MuM Johanna Lehtinen-Schnabel in integration courses, and she continues to research it. The model harnesses the power of music and art to support the learner's holistic expression. Each session lasts approximately 80 minutes.
