Blood Pressure 1:00 PM - 2:15 PM

The lecture covers blood pressure and its monitoring: what blood pressure is and when it is elevated, what elevated blood pressure means for wellbeing, how to perform home measurements, and how you can influence your own blood pressure. After the presentation, participants will have the opportunity to have their blood pressure measured.

Meeting with a Person with Memory Disorder 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM

The second lecture discusses memory disorders, respectful encounters with people, and the importance of touch, senses, and presence. The topic also covers behavioral changes - when should one seek memory assessments?
