Peer Support Group for Older Adults Toivo (Kampi)

This event is intended only for pensioners and unemployed individuals who hold a service centre card.

Toivo is an 8-session peer support group for pensioners who have lost a loved one. You can participate regardless of who you have lost - what matters is that at least six months have passed since the loss. The group is based on mutual support in an open and confidential atmosphere. The focus is not on grief, but on reflecting together about life, death, personal identity, and the meaning of life.

The group takes a maximum of 8 participants, and each person meets individually with the facilitator once before the group begins.
