Service Design for Developing Your Service and Business

A free workshop introducing the fundamentals of service design and offering practical tools for developing your own service. During the workshop, services are not just discussed - they are analyzed and developed together. No previous experience in service design is required.

The workshop is aimed at companies, organizations, and other actors operating in Muurame or planning to establish themselves there, whose services or expertise can be linked to tourism and tourist experiences. Welcome are, for example, actors in accommodation, food and beverage, experiences, events, wellness, culture, sports, retail, transport, digital services, and cleaning and maintenance. You do not need to be a tourism entrepreneur - it is enough that you want to develop your service and find new opportunities through tourism growth.

The workshop is facilitated by Gradia business teacher Tommi Seikkula. The event is part of the "Towards Excellence - Muurame Tourism Growth Programme". You can participate in a single workshop, but you will get the most benefit from the entire series.
