Google Comes to Muhos

On 9.9.2026, Google announced its decision to build a data center in Muhos, and on Friday, 18.9.2026, the company will arrive at Muhos town square to meet residents at a roadshow event.

Throughout the day, a Google truck will be on the square where you can chat with Google experts from 12:00 to 20:00. Additionally, three open information sessions will be held: from 13:00 to 14:00 on job opportunities and required skills in data centers, from 16:00 to 17:00 on Google's electricity consumption, and from 18:00 to 19:00 on regional development projects. All programme sessions are open to the public, and questions can be asked throughout the event.

The first 500 visitors will be offered coffee, tea, and pastries.
