University for the Elderly: Laura Lodenius

The Workers' Institute organizes the University for the Elderly during the autumn 2026 - spring 2027 season. The lecture series covers world politics, environment, and economics - essentially a review of Finland's situation, global conflicts, the economy, equality, and environmental conditions.

Lectures are held on Thursdays from 14.00 to 15.30 in the cafeteria of the Service Centre (Nyhkäläntie 39).

The second lecture on 29.10.: activity director Laura Lodenius on the topic "Preparing for war or peace, realism or idealism?". Coffee and pastries are paid in cash at 4 euros.
