Get to Know Karkkila is a series of visits organized by the Karkkila Workers' Institute, introducing important local places, people, and businesses. Visits take place on Thursdays from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., covering autumn 2026 and spring 2027.

Entry is free and no advance registration is required. Participants gather 10 minutes before the visit begins at the destination, unless otherwise stated. The series is not suitable for children below school age.

The visit to Helvar Components takes place on 5.11.2026 at Yrittäjäntie 23. Departure from the institute building (Anttilankatu 8) at 12:45.
