Senior counselling is advice and guidance aimed at older people, designed to support daily life, wellbeing, and help them find the services they need.

Counselling covers social and health services, home-based services (home care, meal delivery), housing options, benefits and support applications, as well as wellbeing, physical activity, and social participation.

Counselling is held at Pirkkala municipality's office in Tiima on Thursdays from 9 to 11 am.
