Vauvakahvilat Event: Free Children's Clothes

Elo Training Baby&Me session takes place at Kamppi shopping centre on 23.9.2026 from 13.00 to 14.00 (childcare room, 3rd floor). Entry is free and babies are welcome.

The session gently works the abdominal and deep core muscles after pregnancy - using only body weight, so no special equipment is needed.

The first 50 visitors will receive free gym bags and product samples from brands Plus-Plus, Green Planet Astronauts, Hernis, Libero Touch and Lansinoh. There is also a raffle with prizes including Hydropop freezable drinks and a Plaston toy moped.
