About

Nylon Beat is a Finnish pop duo formed in 1995 by Jonna Geagean (née Kosonen) and Erin Anttila (née Koivisto), who first met on MTV3's talent show Kiitorata. Their debut album in 1996 launched a string of chart-topping hits - 'Rakastuin mä looseriin', 'Teflonlove', 'Naparengas' - and the duo sold over half a million records before wrapping up their active career in 2003. They remain one of the most recognisable acts in Finnish pop history, with their songs still heard on radio and in film and TV soundtracks.
