Stretching and Mobility Exercises

A calm mobility and wellness session where movements are performed both in standing position and at floor level without step sequences. Indoor classes are held in the sports hall of the N building, outdoor classes on the grounds of the F building - in case of rain, activities move indoors.

No advance registration is required for the summer classes, and all service centre customers are welcome. Indoor classes have space for the first 20 arrivals.
