Stretching and Mobility Gymnastics

A calm hour that increases body mobility and wellbeing, with movements performed in standing and floor positions without step sequences. Indoor classes are held in the sports hall of the N building, outdoor classes on the courtyard of the F building.

Summer gymnastics requires no advance registration - all service centre clients are welcome. Indoor sessions have space for the first 20 participants in order of arrival. If it rains during outdoor gymnastics, we move indoors.
