Meet Today Cafe: Moomin Performance

Welcome to the Meet Today Cafe at 10:00 to play and meet families with young children. On 25.6., the programme includes a Moomin performance at 10:30.

Relaxed time together, children and adults side by side. Activities, meetings and stories.

Meet Today Cafe is a meeting place for cultures for all families with babies and young children.

In the guided sessions, children learn language in a fun and varied way through fairy tales, songs and nursery rhymes. Adults have the opportunity to practise their Finnish language skills. The activities are free of charge.

Activities in June:

Leikkipuisto Strömberg is open in June 1.6.-26.6.2026 Mon-Fri 9:00-16:00. Toys are available 9:00-15:30. In July, Leikkipuisto Strömberg is closed.

On weekday mornings, sessions for families with small children are held at 10:00. For school-age children, guided activities are arranged at 14:00, such as outdoor games, board games or crafts. School children who come to the playground can influence the content of the activities.

In June, summer meals are served at Leikkipuisto Strömberg for all children under 16 years old. Meals are served Mon-Fri at 12:00. Meals are free. You need to bring your own plate, cutlery and drinking bottle. Summer menus can be found here: Aromi.

The weekly summer schedule can be found on Leikkipuisto Strömberg's Facebook or Instagram pages, on the park's notice board, in the Leikkipuistot app or in the Helsinki events calendar.

Leikkipuisto Strömberg also has indoor facilities where you can warm up food and make coffee.
