Nature Outing for Youth

Kontula youth services organize a "nature outing" for young people aged 13-17 with a youth center membership card (jassari.populon.fi). We explore the Kivikon outdoor park area. We learn about nature through photography, plant identification, and create a nature-themed artwork. Plus a picnic - naturally with nature's bounty. You can take home the photos you take.

A maximum of 15 young people can participate. The outing is run as part of the youth budget, so it is free for participants. Note: Dress according to the weather, bring a hat, good walking shoes, and a water bottle, and report any allergies. Participants are not insured during the outing.

Departure from Kivikon youth center (Kivikonkaari 21, 00940 Helsinki) at 13:00 (you can arrive at the youth center at 12:30) and we return to the center by 17:00 at the latest.

This registration is binding and cancellations should be reported as soon as possible to free up places. Registration opens Mon 18.5. at 14:00 and closes by Fri 19.6.2026 at 14:00.
