A Gentle Evening of Aerial Yoga and Sound Bath

The session consists of calm aerial yoga, where movement, breathing, and gentle body support in silk promote relaxation, mobility, and nervous system calm. Aerial yoga is suitable for everyone - no prior experience needed.

At the end of the session, we sink into deep rest through sound bath relaxation, cradled in silk. The vibrations of the singing bowls carry the body and mind toward complete relaxation, a space where you simply are and receive.
