Aarne Pelkonen: My Most Beautiful Songs

Baritone Aarne Pelkonen performs at G Livelab in Helsinki on 9 September at 18:00. The concert "Kauneimmat lauluni" features popular songs from his albums, classical works, and new compositions - Wagner's song to the evening star, classics by Schubert and Sibelius, and hits from the album Haavekuvia including "Maailma on kaunis" and "Nocturne". Throughout the evening, Aarne shares his thoughts and memories. He is accompanied by pianist Juho Alakärppä and guitarist-pianist Marzi Nyman. G Livelab is a concert hall in central Helsinki, known for its excellent acoustics and capacity of around 350 people. Tickets from 35.50 euros. Aarne Pelkonen is touring Finland with two concerts, the second taking place the following day in Tampere.
