Lady T

Lady T is a new drama written by Tiina Puumalainen that depicts the encounter between Britain's Iron Lady and an underpaid hotel worker. The protagonist is Margaret Thatcher - a small-town girl who became a baroness, the United Kingdom's first female prime minister, and leader of her male-dominated party.

The play paints a multifaceted portrait of a woman who ruled her country with an iron grip, implemented education cuts, and left an indelible mark on world politics - yet remained distant from her own children. Admired and despised.
