Swan Lake - Kyiv Classic Ballet

Kyiv Classic Ballet comes to Finland in early 2027 to perform Piotr Tchaikovsky's classic ballet Swan Lake. The company collaborates with Ukraine's leading dancers, and the ensemble features performers from several countries.

The principal roles are danced by prima ballerinas Anna Reznichenko and Denys Nedak. Nedak has previously performed at Ukraine's National Opera and Atlanta Ballet, as well as as a guest principal dancer at American Ballet Theatre, Vienna State Opera, Finland's National Opera and Ballet, and Norway's National Opera and Ballet. Reznichenko is a winner of international ballet competitions.

Behind the company stands Tatiana Borovyk, former principal dancer at Ukraine's National Opera and a National Artist of Ukraine. The artistic director is Tatiana Golyakova, also a National Artist of Ukraine and leading principal dancer at the National Opera. Scenography and costume design are by Mariia Levytska, longtime leading scenographer and costume designer at Ukraine's National Opera. The choreography is by Marius Petipa and Tatiana Borovyk, with lighting design by Aivis Tucis. The music is performed from a recording.

The performance runs for two acts (60 minutes and 50 minutes). Tickets (orchestra): standard ticket 79.50 €, pensioners 74.50 €, children and students 50.50 € - plus booking fees (from 1.50 € + 0.65% of the order, www.lippu.fi). The event is organized by Live Nation.
