Dingo is a Finnish rock band formed in Pori around 1982, fronted by singer-songwriter Pertti Neumann. At their mid-1980s peak the band triggered a nationwide craze dubbed 'Dingomania', and their 1985 album Kerjäläisten valtakunta briefly became the best-selling Finnish album of all time. The band has sold over 500,000 records in Finland and continues to perform, with Neumann as the sole constant member through every lineup.
A biographical film about Dingo, titled 'Levoton Tuhkimo' (international title: My Name Is Dingo), was released in Finnish cinemas on 25 December 2024, with Pertti Neumann appearing in a supporting role.

Dingo celebrated the 40th anniversary of their debut album 'Nimeni on Dingo' with a series of special festival shows across Finland in summer 2024, including appearances at Tammerfest, Pori, Himos, Wanaja Festival, Suomipop Festival Oulu and Kuopiorock.
A soundtrack album 'Musiikkia elokuvasta Levoton Tuhkimo' was released on 29 November 2024 to accompany the biographical film.
Dingo has upcoming live dates in Finland in autumn 2026, including shows in Seinäjoki (October), Kangasniemi (August) and Espoo (November).
