Mats Eilertsen is a Norwegian double bassist active in the European jazz scene, with recordings on ECM Records among others. He works both as a sideman and as a bandleader, and has collaborated with a wide range of Nordic jazz musicians. In the quartet Beiggja he is one of the four founding members.
