Body Care

The class includes balance, mobility, and muscle-strengthening exercises performed both standing and lying down. Indoor gym sessions in the N building's sports hall, outdoor gym on the F building's courtyard.

Summer gym classes require no advance registration - all service centre clients are welcome. Indoor sessions accommodate the first 20 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. If it rains during outdoor gym, we move indoors.
